Davide Macelloni was born and raised in Rome, Italy. Mr. Macelloni earned his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, along with a concentration in International Law, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University.

While attending law school, Mr. Macelloni served as President of the Student Bar Association, Associate of the Nova Law Review, and Member of the NSU Trial Association. Additionally, Mr. Macelloni was awarded multiple Book Awards, received the 2018 Larry Kalevitch Service Award and the 2018 Stephanie Aleong Impact Award, and his Comment, A Violation of the Anti-Commandeering Principle and Spending Power Jurisprudence or a Valid Exercise of Federal Powers? Executive Order 13768 and Its Effects on Florida Localities, 42 Nova L. Rev. 95 (2017), was published on the Nova Law Review.

Mr. Macelloni is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is an active member of The Florida Bar, International Law Section, where he serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Gazette, and the Dade County Bar Association. Mr. Macelloni is fluent in Italian.
