Justin S. Miller A native of South Florida, Justin Stoner Miller was born and raised in Key Biscayne, Florida. Mr. Miller attended the University of Denver for his undergraduate studies and earned his Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University.
The majority of Mr. Miller’s practice revolves around construction litigation with a specific focus on representing architects, engineers and other design professionals in construction defect claims. Mr. Miller has significant experience representing both individuals as well as corporate entities in cases before the complex civil litigation division including claims for construction defects, delay, wrongful death, professional negligence, and contract disputes.
In addition to construction related cases, Mr. Miller’s practice includes real property lien foreclosures, general commercial litigation and general civil litigation. Mr. Miller also handles commercial and residential real estate transactions including real estate closings and lease negotiations.
Mr. Miller also maintains a Mortgage Loan Originator’s license and is a licensed United States Coast Guard Merchant Mariners Captain.
